I find the best way of taking care of my mental health is through journaling. Journaling can be therapeutic and allows you to pour your thoughts and feelings onto paper.   10. List 5 things that are causing you stress and anxiety right now. Why are they causing you stress and anxiety?
  11. If I do the same things that I’m currently doing, would I be proud of myself?
  12. What song makes you feel happy when you’re having a bad day?
  13. Describe an instance where you made a poor decision. What did you learn, and how can you avoid the mistake again?
  14. List 3 things that are holding you back from achieving your goals, wants, and needs. What can you do to get over these obstacles?
  15. Write a letter to your younger self.
